I believe in transparency, and the fact of the matter is that not every therapist is the best fit for all clients and their unique needs!

If you would like to explore your options, introduce yourself, and allow me to tell you a little bit about my style and approach to therapy, I encourage you to set up a free consultation call with me. We can explore what you are looking for in a therapist, and what sort of issues you would like to tackle while working together.

I currently accept a sliding scale of $85 - $125 for individual therapy sessions and $95 - $135 for couples. If you are interested in hearing about how you can see me through insurance, I’d be happy to walk you through that process during our consult call.

Individual Sessions

$85 - $125

I offer 50-minute sessions for individuals, both in-person and via telehealth. I work with teens and adults of all ages and welcome individuals from all cultural backgrounds, though only offer sessions in English at this time. LGBTQ+ friendly, allyship is highly valued in this space.

Together we can focus on relationship challenges, internal complications and negative self-talk, past trauma, present concerns, or grief and loss! I am here to support you through what seems most important for you to dive into.

Couples Sessions

$95 - $135

I offer 75 - 90-minute sessions for couples of all forms (heterosexual, queer, polyamorous). These sessions offer a safe space for folks to learn communication techniques that can improve the state of your relationship with others, and where each individual will be heard. Learn skills that will help you better understand the way you relate to your loved ones, and develop goals to enhance empathy and experiencing of one another.
